Founded in 1969, AMG Antrieb und Mechanik GmbH was amongst the first companies to specialise in the manufacture and supply of high quality pneumatic quarter turn actuators. Many years of experience in the field, alongside high precision manufacturing and innovative design are our company's greatest strengths. These assets have established our company as a reputable and recognized manufacturer in the field of actuator technology.

AMG UK was originally formed to supply the UK with high quality pneumatic rack and pinion actuators, for the quarter turn valve and actuator market place. We now supply the full range of actuators, which are available in both Double Acting (DA) and Spring Return (SR) formats, whilst providing customers with helpful support and advice during process specification.

AMG UK is able to draw upon extensive valve automation expertise and a wide range of actuation products to provide a tailor made solution.

AMG UK’s Managing Director, Martin Breen, who established the company, has over 30 years experience within the industry.

With the opening of AMG Actuators Ltd as the UK distributor for the product range, it has allowed the UK market access to an actuator, from which the German market place has benefited from for some time.

Part of the Pesch Gruppe, AMG Actuators already have a long and established track record in Germany. Their guide rod design has allowed them to dominate the domestic market over the last 30 years and this will greatly benefit the UK market, with its equally demanding actuation requirements.
